If you were a registrant of any previous Hyper-Stack Player 2.3 ("HSP") version at the time HSP Pro was released, then upgrading to HSP Pro is FREE! Just send me a request for upgrade via E-mail to mac-stacks@kagi.com or BruceAP@aol.com and I will send you back a Registration Code. If you sent your registration of Version 1 to my home address via regular mail and you don't have an E-mail account, just send a note to me at the same address.
If you are using any previous version of HSP and have never registered it (I know you're out there!), then for a limited time I will upgrade you to HSP Pro for FREE if you register the previous version that you are using. In order for you to qualify for this limited-time offer I must receive your registration of Version 1, or Kagi Shareware must notify me that they have received your registration of Version 2, no later than February 28, 1997. This limited-time offer applies to both individual licenses for $5 and Site Licenses for $25.
To take advantage of this limited-time offer, just follow the instructions above for Upgrading AFTER you register your previous version of HSP. However, make sure you allow sufficient time for me to get your registration, or to be notified by Kagi Shareware that you registered, before requesting your upgrade!
If you register with Kagi Shareware via regular mail or fax, and you do not have an E-mail account, I will be sending you a postcard confirming your registration (make sure you include your mailing address in your Kagi Shareware registration form). This postcard will contain my current address for you to send me your upgrade request.
If you register a previous version after February 28, 1997
If you happened to register a previous version after February 28, 1997, and have finally stumbled upon HSP Pro, take heart! You did not waste your money. I will credit your $5 registration fee for the previous version towards the $10 fee for HSP Pro. (Or if you registered a Site License of the previous version for $25, I will credit your $25 registration fee towards the $50 fee for HSP Pro).
If you sent your registration of Version 1 to my home address via regular mail, just send an additional $5 to me at the same address. Make sure that you include a note requesting the upgrade to HSP Pro.
If you registered Version 2 with Kagi Shareware, you should register Version 2 again with Kagi Shareware, as if you were registering a second copy (if you try to register HSP Pro, Kagi Shareware will be expecting $10, not $5). Make sure that you use the same name to register the second time as the first time, so I will know that you deserve the credit. Once you have registered a second time, just follow the instructions above for Upgrading. However, make sure you allow sufficient time for me to be notified by Kagi Shareware that you registered again, before requesting your upgrade!
